Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Kwansei Gakuin University Gained extensive experience in sales, strategic planning, and talent development over 37 years at two companies: P&G and Coca-Cola Japan. Consistently achieved results through collaboration with customers and other companies, receiving numerous internal awards including the Asia President Award (P&G) and the CCJC President Award (Coca-Cola). Shifted focus to education and training after participating in Tohoku University's Industry-Academia Collaboration Education Innovator Program. Also engaged in career support for middle and high-level employees at JAC Recruitment.
